The menu features 140 authentic dishes, including such specialties as a large bowl of salmon roe, tender thickly sliced boiled tongue with an appealing crumbling texture, pork bone ramen noodles that make the most of oden soup, homemade fried chicken with a succulent flavor, and special dashi rolls baked at the restaurant.

New menu items centering on seafood were added on November 4 (Tuesday), including "Bonito with Green Pepper Soy Sauce," which has a refreshingly spicy flavor and aroma that stimulates the appetite, and "Salt Darebincho," which is prepared with a salt sauce that enhances the flavor of the seafood.
