Responding to the Era of 2 Million Foreign Workers Officially launched a multilingual version of the stress check to ensure that "no one is left behind.
~Integrated support from questions to feedback and self-care support in ~13 languages / no additional cost
Children & Future Co., Ltd.
Children & Future Co., Ltd. (Location: 2-6-8 Nakazato, Kita-ku, Tokyo; President: Yusaku Akatsuka) will officially begin offering the stress check service "STRESCOPE" for companies on November 10, 2025, by making everything the examinee sees available in multiple languages. The service is available to foreign employees who cannot read Japanese well enough. This will create an environment in which foreign employees who cannot read Japanese well will be able to answer the questions with confidence, and will make the stress check truly inclusive of all employees. No additional cost is required.
Background
About 10 years after becoming mandatory, foreign workers are being left behind.
The number of foreign workers will reach a record high of 2.3 million in 2024 (up 12.4% from the previous year), and their activities are expanding in diverse fields such as manufacturing, logistics, and retail. On the other hand, it has been pointed out that stress checks consist mainly of Japanese questions mixed with Chinese characters, and that opportunities for health protection are being lost as people "cannot read or understand" and thus only take the test formally. Eliminating disparities in health management due to language barriers (health access disparities) has become an important responsibility of companies.
Features
Multilingualization of the Entire Examination Experience
STRESCOPE not only translates the questions, but also provides consistent support for the question and answer screens, feedback reports, and self-care advice on sleep, diet, etc. (including cartoons and videos), which is a unique strength of STRESCOPE.

Manga (Thai)
Contributes to reducing the burden on the field and improving the quality of responses.
By reducing the burden of translation and explanation of the test, and by creating an environment in which foreign employees can easily answer the questions with their true feelings, it will lead to an appropriate understanding of the stress situation.
<Voices from companies that have introduced the system
Logistics company (500 employees)
"It has eliminated the need for in-house translation work and reduced the burden on the person in charge.
Manufacturing company (300 employees)
