What is the "Vision for the area around the Shimotsuma City Hall"?

This vision is a basic guideline for reorganizing the area around the Shimotsuma City Hall into a "base for growth" where child-rearing, learning, culture, and exchange can circulate. The word "KAERUBA" in this vision expresses two wishes: "a place to change the future" and "a place to which people want to return".

In addition to the public facilities including the City Hall and the facilities to be introduced on the site of the main government building, we aim to make the area a center for learning and cultural activities where the next generation of young people can gather by connecting it with the area around the station and the high school.
