The name "brittle flavor" of the straw dough cake sold by Kadofuji is derived from the four-character idiom "Kobi brittle flavor," which is found in the "Hanfeishi" book "Youken" (The Book of Hanfeishi).
The word "fragrant and beautiful" refers to the spicy and luxurious taste of food.
The word "brittle flavor" refers to the soft and tasty pastry that melts in your mouth. The name "Brittle Taste" means a soft and delicious pastry.
The three different flavors of kinako (soybean flour) make this a perfect souvenir.
Spring: Good for cherry blossom viewing.
Summer: Served in a glass as a cool-tasting confectionary.
[Autumn] As a tea cakes with green tea.
Winter] Warmed slightly, it can be used as a hot warabimochi.
