Background of Selection of Transferee
The most important resource in the construction industry is "people," and craftsmen are the capital that supports the company's growth. We determined that Hajime Co-Creation Organization is a partner that can solve the labor shortage and accelerate the transfer of skills by integrating with our financial strategy while respecting the voice of the field.

M&A Signing Ceremony
Post-M&A Partnership
The current management of Ynot Corporation and Monolith Group will continue to participate in the management of the company and promote the maximization of the intangible assets of construction craftsmen: their "skills," "experience," and "intuition.
Based on the recognition that "people are capital, not resources," we will strive for a future in which craftsmen's value is determined by price competition, transcending the limits of the traditional pyramid-shaped organization, and in which craftsmen are valued justly.

A New Beginning
Representative Comment
At the "end of the line" as a manager
Tsuyoshi Kawamura, Representative Director, Monolith Corporation
For the past several years, I have been thinking more about "how to keep it alive" than about growing the business.
However, when looking to the future of the construction industry, there are many challenges that small and medium-sized enterprises cannot handle. Barriers that cannot be overcome by effort alone. In order to break through these barriers, we realized that we needed to "change the stage.
The members who launched the On-Site Co-Creation Organization are younger than I am, and their financial strength and knowledge are incomparable to mine. I was convinced that the future of the construction industry would surely open up through the combination of their strength and our knowledge of the field, and I made the choice to co-create on a new stage.
M&A is not the end, but the beginning of the future.
