Signed "Green Loan" for construction of new headquarters

(Head Office: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Hiroyuki Ezaki) has established a Green Loan Framework (the "Framework") and concluded a syndicated loan agreement with Resona Bank, Limited (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Osaka City; President: Shoichi Iwanaga) as the arranger under the Framework. Purpose of the Framework
In order to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society and continue to be a "corporate group of choice," Minebea is working to resolve environmental and social issues through sustainability management. We have developed this Framework and will finance the construction of our new head office with a green loan. The new head office will be open and connected to all stakeholders, and will be a symbol of the Minebea Group. Through the execution of the Green Loan based on this Framework, the Minebea Group will contribute to all stakeholders, including customers, local communities, and society, as a unified group.
Conformance with the Framework
The Framework is consistent with the Green Loan Principles 2025 (Loan Market Association (LMA), Asia-Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA), and Loan Syndication and Trading Association (LSTA)) and the Green Loan Guidelines 2024 (Ministry of Environment). The Framework has received a third-party opinion of conformity from Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd.
