After graduating from Niigata University School of Medicine, Dr. Naoji Hanayama has performed numerous aortic valve and coronary artery surgeries as a cardiovascular surgeon for over 30 years. He is still active as a doctor and entered bodybuilding competitions after turning 50 years old based on the belief that "a doctor proves scientific training with his own body," and won the Tokyo Novice Bodybuilding Championship in 2023 at the age of 57, proving that even as one ages, one can certainly evolve through training that knows one's body He has proven that even as you age, you can evolve through training with the knowledge of your body.
