Quest celebrated its 60th anniversary with "ARIGATOU". A joint event of three group companies was held.
IS Symposium
The IS Symposium is one of the largest company-wide events in the Quest Group, and has been held since 2012 to improve the technical skills of employees and promote exchanges. As an opportunity for knowledge sharing and communication across divisions, the event has become an important part of the Group's culture.
In the first part of the event program, in addition to seminar lectures by outside speakers, employees representing business divisions gave presentations on how to improve operational efficiency by utilizing the latest technologies.
In addition, as this year marked the 60th anniversary of the founding of the company and the addition of SEPT Corporation to the group, a panel discussion was held with the presidents and representative employees of the three companies as a special event. They exchanged their views on their own roles and work styles, as well as the future and expectations of the Quest Group from their own perspectives, which drew a great deal of interest from the participants.
In the second part, in line with the slogan "The future of IT lies in 'Arigatou' (Thank you)," which was created on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Quest, the ranking of top Thanks Points winners and awardees from "Arigatou Fest," an in-house project where employees express their gratitude to each other with Thanks Points, was announced, The event was a great success. There was also a game in which participants had to guess the answers to a quiz given by representative employees, and a space for socializing while enjoying food and drink at a food stall booth. It was a lively event where employees, who normally have little contact with each other, actively communicated with each other.

The second part of the event program
Quest Group will continue its efforts to contribute to "further exploration and inquiry," "a workplace full of job satisfaction," and "the realization of a sustainable future society" under the six commitments it has made to realize Quest Vision 2030. In the spirit of IT × OT × Omotenashi, we will position "consideration for others, respect for others, and a wholehearted attitude" as an important value of the Group, and will continue to promote activities while flexibly responding to changes in society and the business environment.
We regard the 60th anniversary as a new start, and will accelerate our efforts for further growth in technology, human resources, and organization, while further strengthening cooperation throughout the group, aiming to become a company that creates value together with various stakeholders and society.
