Shimotsuma City (Mayor: Hiroshi Kikuchi), Ibaraki Prefecture, will conduct a campaign to reduce the issuance fee for the "Certificate Delivery Service at Convenience Stores" to 10 yen per copy for one year from February 2, 2012 to January 31, 2027.

The purpose of this campaign is to provide a convenient experience for those who are too busy to come to the City Hall during office hours.

Certificates to be delivered at convenience stores

During the campaign period, the issuance fee for the following certificates will be reduced to 10 yen per copy.

A certified copy and extract of family register and a certified copy and extract of a supplementary copy of family register are available only for those whose permanent domicile is in Shimotsuma City.

Pay the fee and receive the certificate.
