Japan Inheritance Research Institute (Location: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Emiko Honma) will hold a new seminar, "Real Estate Inheritance Measures for Old and Dilapidated Properties: Doing nothing is a poor strategy, leaving assets is a medium strategy, and leaving a "system that can increase assets" is a good strategy," on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the Shinagawa Ward General Ward Citizen Hall (Kyurian). The event will be held at the Shinagawa Ward General Citizens' Hall (Kyurian) from April 18 (Sat), 2026.

In the field of inheritance, we are often confronted with the situation that after construction of apartments and condominiums, they have become "negative assets" or "unprofitable management due to aging" because they are engaged in real estate management without the necessary knowledge of rental management.

The lecturer has been working on inheritance measures for rental real estate owners for many years, and has found that "with a few measures and a little knowledge, negative real estate management could have been avoided" and that real estate utilization often involves debt, and that "there are too many dangerous cases that cannot be dismissed as unknowable", so he has decided to hold a seminar for real estate owners on old and dilapidated properties. By holding this seminar, we aim to help as many people as possible acquire "the knowledge to increase profitability and the knowledge of how to utilize real estate without losing out to aging properties," and to "leave not only a legacy to their children and grandchildren but also a mechanism to increase their wealth," thereby eliminating various problems caused by inherited real estate.
