The main feature of the "FLASH series" is not only the intricate design of the circuit board, but also the circuit that allows LEDs to light up via radio waves. The circuit that makes LEDs glow with radio waves is patented in 2020 (patent number 6667777).

An IC card case with the same design is also available.

Product Features

This is a product seriously made by a PCB professional. Designed using CAD for printed circuit boards and mounted (soldered) with electronic components on a real circuit board. We design the CAD in-house and mount the components on the surface mounting line at our main factory, which is used for our main business. The board CAD that designs the board is not design software, so lines are drawn one by one with the mouse. After mounting the electronic components, they are coated one by one by human hands in a clean room (class 1000) to protect the mounted components until the resin is full of surface tension and vacuum heated. Then, air bubbles and dust on the resin surface are removed by hand. Designed and manufactured in Japan, all products are RoHS compliant (lead-free). Gift box packaging makes them suitable for gift-giving. The circuit board is gold plated. The case has a strap hole.

Caution

FLASH Type 3 Ki-Ryu Circuit Board Art iPhone case cannot use MagSafe & wireless power supply due to the interference of the wiring pattern on the board.

For iPhone17 series, we will release two types for 17Pro and 17ProMax.

For 17Pro and 17Pro Max, there is not enough board area for the antenna circuit, so an antenna wire is additionally processed inside the case to reinforce it. Please do not touch the antenna wire and tape.

Also, due to the rising cost of raw materials including gold and silver, and labor costs, we have raised the price from the iPhone 17 case.

Type 3 KIRYU iPhone case

FLASH Type 3 KIRYU Substrate Art iPhonecase features the internal structure of the Type 3 KIRYU that appeared in the 2002 movie "Godzilla x Mechagodzilla," its onboard weapons, and the support aircraft "Shirasagi" belonging to the Special Self-Defense Force, all precisely designed using circuit board wiring patterns. The iPhone case is precisely designed with a 0.1mm wiring pattern and a total of 27 electronic components, including a 2mm red LED, are mounted. The case does not require batteries, and the red LED mounted inside the mouth of the Type 3 Ki-Ryu that is used glows.

The LED glows by converting the radio waves emitted by the iPhone itself into electricity and boosting the voltage. The LEDs do not glow during normal operation, but glow randomly when the iPhone emits strong radio waves. The glowing mechanism is that the antenna circuit on the back side of the board catches strong radio waves emitted by the iPhone and circulates them to the front side of the board. There is only one LED. The circuit that makes the LED glow with radio waves was patented in 2020 (patent number 6667777).

Type 3 KIRYU IC Card Case

The Type 3 Koryu design features a total of six LEDs: five white LEDs mounted on the maser ray fired from the beam of the Type 99 double-barreled maser cannon in its mouth, and one blue LED mounted on the absolute zero built into the chest hatch.

The internal structure and on-board weapons of the Type 3 Koryu, which appeared in the 2002 movie "Godzilla x Mechagodzilla," have been meticulously designed with a 0.1mm PCB wiring pattern.

<"FLASH IC Card Case" that makes commuting fun

It is equipped with a gimmick that allows LEDs to light up without batteries when you touch a ticket gate or make a payment with an IC card (*1). The IC card case is made of 100% PCB, and three types of PCBs (front, middle, and back) are press-glued together to make the case. The printed circuit board is made of FR-4 (glass fiber cloth + epoxy), a light and strong material used in automotive circuit boards and industrial equipment. The key chain is included under the IC card case inside the gift box.

*1: There are variations in the position of the chip and circuitry built into the IC card. If the response is poor, please try the IC card front and back, top and bottom.
