HORONIC signs franchise agreement with NOVARESE Teppanyaki "Mitaki" to be Introduced in Hotel Creating New Stay Value Opening of new "Mitaki" restaurants in hotels in Hyogo and Nara

HORONIC Corporation (Head office: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture; Representative Director: Ichiro Osada), which operates community hotels mainly in the Kansai region, has signed a franchise agreement with Novarese Corporation (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard; name to be changed to On the Page Corporation on April 1, 2026), a wedding hall and restaurant operator. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; TSE Standard Listing; scheduled to be renamed On the Page Inc. on April 1, 2026), a restaurant operator.

Under the terms of the agreement, HORONIC will sequentially open a series of "Mitaki" teppanyaki brand restaurants serving Miyazaki beef steaks and other dishes at hotels operated by HORONIC.

First, new restaurants are scheduled to open at CETRE Highland Villa Himeji in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture and CETRE Naramachi in Nara City, Nara Prefecture, with the Himeji restaurant scheduled to open on Monday, March 23, 2026, and the Nara restaurant this summer. The Himeji restaurant will be the first "Mitaki" brand restaurant to open in the Kansai region.

Bros Dining Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Novarese, will be in charge of practical operations in this franchise business, providing technology and know-how related to the operation of Mitaki restaurants, including teppanyaki cooking training, menu supervision, cooking recipes, customer service procedures, hygiene manuals, and educational materials.
