As part of the "Connect Local Project" support program for businesses in the Takahashi River basin area that seek to solve regional issues through business, Kurashiki City is providing support for fund-raising through fund-type crowdfunding conducted by Uoharu.
Are you always eating the same fish even though you have one of the richest seas in Japan right in front of you?
The calm Seto Inland Sea is teeming with wonderful local fish of every season. However, in today's busy lifestyles, local fish is disappearing from household tables because "it is troublesome to cook" or "I don't know how to handle it.
Fish that should be a local treasure are not recognized for their value. No matter how bountiful the catch, if there are no people to eat it, the culture will decline and the fishing industry will not survive. Without overcoming this situation, the rich culinary landscape of the Setouchi region will become nothing more than a memory. Uoharu is now raising funds to launch a project that will address these issues.

In this project, local residents and supporters from all over Japan can directly support initiatives that will lead to the future of the region through "Securite," a fund-type crowdfunding platform provided by Music Securities Inc.

Minimum investment amount : 32,400 yen/unit
Distribution Method ：Depending on sales during the fund management period (accounting period)
Distribution amount: Distributions will be paid out (once a year) according to sales during the fund management period (accounting period)
Accounting period: January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2028
