FundBridge, a factoring comparison site operated by dotcircle, conducted a survey of 100 people who have actually used factoring services.
The following is a report of the results of the survey, which includes the real voices of users, such as payment speed, impressions of screening, satisfaction, and requests for improvement.

Conclusion
From this survey, we found that factoring was highly rated in terms of "same-day payment," "simplicity of procedures," and "online completion. In particular, 84% of the respondents achieved same-day payment, making it a viable option for small and medium-sized enterprises and sole proprietors facing cash flow challenges.
On the other hand, free responses also indicated requests for improvement, such as "clearer breakdown of fees" and "insufficient advance notice of additional documents.
FundBridge will continue to contribute to the creation of an environment in which users can select the appropriate service by conducting surveys and disseminating information on factoring.
