In order not to suffer harassment alone, and to prevent harassment from occurring, the "Stoharan Project" is developing a system to share information through a database, create a search function and consultation website, and develop a consultation function using AI! On November 15, we started accepting applications for project support funds and endorsers for a wide range of ages on the crowdfunding site "CAMPFIRE".
Although harassment education and countermeasures have been implemented in many workplaces, it is important to think from the three perspectives of "Don't do it, don't let it happen, and don't let it happen! Why crowdfunding?

With the support funds, we will create a database creation and viewing function based on a large-scale survey of the actual situation of harassment, and an AI-based website where people suffering from harassment, workplace bullying, human relations, workplace environment, etc. can consult at any time. The website will be supervised by Hiroko Fujimura (PhD medicine, industrial counselor, member of the Japan Society for Occupational Health), an expert in industrial hygiene, to improve the consultation processing function of the AI.

The media has been reporting on harassment in the entertainment industry and major corporations, but it is just the tip of the iceberg; harassment in the workplace continues unabated. Although harassment is something that anyone can encounter, victims are often isolated. Cases in which people suffer from mental illness, depression, or disease without being able to talk to anyone about it, and in the worst case, choose suicide, etc., do not disappear.
Although harassment is an important issue, it is a sensitive topic, and therefore, it is still rare in Japan to have a database or search function based on a large-scale survey that reflects the actual situation. We will provide a place on our website (Safety Concierge) where people suffering alone can refer to the experiences of others who have suffered the same way and take action to provide information. We aim to become a "Concierge for Workers' Peace of Mind," a place where people can find a solution before their situation worsens or find a way to protect themselves, a place where they can find comfort and rest.
[In addition to information sharing in the database and consultation functions using AI, consultation, counseling, and education by specialists will be provided.
This project aims to achieve four missions.
<Mission 1.
To create a database of harassment and labor problems by asking users to fill out a questionnaire on the site to grasp the situation.

Make the collected cases searchable and allow members to browse the site and share information about their experiences.
<Mission3>
Provide opportunities to experience non-cognitive skills development education, counseling, and coaching, which are essential for learning how to think and act to avoid harassment and how to think and act to put the brakes on when harassment is likely to occur.
(Non-cognitive skills include various elements such as self-affirmation, resilience, grit, self-awareness, self-understanding, metacognition, etc.)

Utilize the AI chat function to help people vent their daily worries, problems, anxieties, and complaints, as well as help them heal and recover their minds. If the problem is serious, specialists will consult and respond via chat and e-mail.

The "Stohara Project Website" created through this project will provide two types of services: one for free members and one for paying members.
The free membership site allows users to enter actual situation surveys through questionnaires and share information by browsing the database. The database can be shared as many cases to those who are troubled as well as to those in charge of harassment at companies and other organizations, and can be used for harassment prevention efforts.
On the paid member site, you can use the AI chat function to feel free to consult with us at any time about your worries, concerns, troubles, and complaints regarding harassment, bullying, workplace relationships, and labor issues, as well as day-to-day problems, concerns, and complaints. In many cases, those suffering from harassment who tend to be isolated find it very difficult to talk to anyone.
Just having a situation where an AI (Ai-chan, your working safety concierge) is available for consultation 24 hours a day, rather than in person, is considered to greatly reduce the initial hurdle. if the problem cannot be resolved through AI chat, you can consult with a specialist via chat or e-mail, which in turn can lead to a variety of counseling, education, and coaching.
[Utilization of Support Funds
The "Stohara Project" will widely seek support and endorsement through crowdfunding in order to raise funds for system development costs and other expenses to implement the four missions. The funds will be used for the development and production of services using AI functions and applications to improve non-cognitive abilities. We also plan to develop additional applications for improving communication and human skills through AI functions to improve the quality of our services.
